  • Your preferred solution β€” refund, replacement, exchange? Let us know what would make it right
  • Your contact info β€” just in case we need to follow up

Response Time

Weekdays: 24–48 hours

Weekends: We'll respond Monday (we're tiny and we rest too)

Holidays: May take a bit longer, but we'll get to it
