How It Works

Fun & Sassy Gifts uses print-on-demand fulfillment, which means your order is made fresh after you place it. Here's the timeline:

Production

3–5 business days. Your product is printed, quality checked, and prepared for shipment.

Shipping

2–5 business days via our standard carrier (USPS/UPS) depending on destination.

Total Delivery Time

Expect 5–10 business days from order to your doorstep (in most cases).

Standard Shipping (Included)

All orders ship via our standard carrier at no additional cost. We currently offer one shipping method:

  • Domestic (US): 2–5 business days after production
  • Saturday/Sunday: No delivery
  • Holidays: Standard carriers may experience delays

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries via USPS.

International Delivery Times

7–14 business days after production is complete, depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Customs clearance
  • Local carrier processing

International Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

Customs & Duties

International orders are subject to customs inspection and potential import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not prepaid by us.

Limitations

  • We do not ship to all countries—availability is shown at checkout
  • Some regions may have longer delays or restrictions
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates to international destinations

Free Shipping Threshold

Free shipping on orders $50 and over

Orders under $50 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use it to:

  • Monitor production progress
  • Track the shipment to your address
  • Estimate delivery date

Check your email (including spam folder) for shipping notifications.

Delivery Issues

Late Delivery

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated window:

  1. Check tracking for updates
  2. Wait 2 business days (carriers sometimes update late)
  3. Email with your order number and tracking info

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Email with photos and order number
  3. We'll replace or refund at no cost

Lost in Transit

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or mailroom
  2. Wait 2 business days (sometimes takes time to reach you)
  3. Contact us—we'll work with the carrier to locate it

Holidays & Seasonal Delays

  • Production continues through most holidays (excluding major holidays)
  • Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, Christmas) or due to carrier backlogs
  • Order early if you have a specific delivery date in mind

Can't Wait?

If you need something faster, email with your deadline. We'll tell you if it's possible and what your options are.

Return Shipping

If you're returning an order:

  1. Email to initiate the return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label
  3. Ship via your preferred carrier to the address on the label
  4. Once received and processed, your refund will be issued

Return shipments typically take 5–10 business days to reach us, plus 5–10 business days to process the refund.
