Shipping policy

Once you place an order, our skilled team begins the process of preparing your selected items. Please keep in mind that this may require a little more time compared to businesses with pre-made inventory. We appreciate your patience and support as we work diligently to bring your unique order to life.    Items generally ship with 5-7 business days, and can generally take up to two weeks to receive your order.  During high-demand times, such as around the year-end holidays, these times can be extended.   We will do our best to ensure your package arrives on time.   We post the final days to order for the Christmas rush at the top of the page (generally about 2 1/2" weeks prior to Christmas.      

Shipping costs are automatically added, and where possible, when items are combined, we lower the overall cost.  You will also be sent the tracking information once the item is enroute to you.
