We want you to love what you order. If you don't, we've got you covered. We offer a 30-day return window on unworn, unused items in original condition.

Return Window

30 days from the date you receive your order

This is plenty of time to open it, check it out, and decide if it's your vibe.

What Can Be Returned

Full Refund (No Questions)

  • Items with printing defects
  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items that don't match the product description
  • Items that were ordered in error (within 30 days)

Case-by-Case

  • Items opened but unworn/unused (usually yes)
  • Buyer's remorse (we're usually flexible)
  • Items that just didn't fit quite right (talk to us)

Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
  • Items outside the 30-day window

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo or description of the issue (if applicable)
  • The reason you're returning it

Step 2: Get Your Label

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Step 3: Ship It Back

Pack your item securely and ship it to the address on the label using the carrier specified. Keep your tracking number.

Step 4: Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 5–10 business days), we'll process your refund. You'll see it back in your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing:

3–5 business days after we receive it

Back to your account:

5–10 business days (depends on your bank)

Expect 2–3 weeks from when you ship until the money's back.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

You can exchange for a different size within 30 days. Email with your order number and desired size.

We'll cover the return shipping. You may be responsible for upgraded shipping if you choose expedited delivery.

Color/Design Exchanges

Defects

If your order arrives with a printing error, stain, tear, or manufacturing defect:

  1. Email with photos
  2. We'll replace it or refund you
  3. No return shipping required (most defects)

We take quality seriously. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and the packaging
  2. Email with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage
    • Photos of packaging (if relevant)
  3. We'll replace it or refund you immediately

Missing Items

If you received an incomplete order:

  1. Email with your order number
  2. Include a photo of what you received
  3. We'll send the missing item or refund you

Made-to-Order Note
