Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We print to order, which means there are two parts: production and shipping.
- Production: 3–5 business days (your gift is made fresh just for you)
- Shipping: 2–5 business days once it leaves our print partner
- Total: Typically 5–10 business days from order to your door
Do you offer express shipping?
Not currently, but we're exploring it. The made-to-order model means a little patience = a fresher gift. Drop us a line if this is important to you.
What about international shipping?
We ship internationally via USPS where available. International orders typically take 7–14 business days after production is complete. Customs delays are possible in some countries—we're not responsible for those, but we'll help track it down.
Do you ship on weekends?
Nope. Production and shipping happen Monday–Friday. If you order Friday, we start Monday.
Do you deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
No Saturday/Sunday delivery through our carrier. If your gift arrives late and misses an occasion, reach out—we'll make it right.
What if I need something by a specific date?
Email us at support@funandsassygifts.com with your deadline. We'll let you know if it's doable and what your options are.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow along from our print partner to your door.
Customization & Personalization
Can I personalize products with names or dates?
We don't currently offer name/date customization, but we're always open to ideas. If there's a specific personalization you're dreaming of, email us—it might inspire our next design.
Can I request a custom design?
We're a small operation, so custom designs aren't available right now. But if you've got an idea that's genuinely killer, reach out. We listen.
Sizing & Fit
How do apparel sizes run?
Our apparel (hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeves) runs true to size. We use a standard unisex cut. Check the product page for a detailed size chart before ordering.
What if my size is out of stock?
Drop us a line at support@funandsassygifts.com. We can let you know when it'll be back or suggest an alternative.
Do you offer plus sizes?
We're working on expanding our size range. Let us know what you need—it helps us prioritize.
Mugs, Tumblers & Drinkware
Are mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Treat them like you'd treat any good mug.
How big are your mugs?
We offer 11oz and 15oz ceramic mugs. The 11oz fits most cupholders and feels perfect in your hand. The 15oz is for the serious coffee drinker.
Are tumblers insulated?
Our stainless steel tumblers are double-wall insulated. They keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold for hours.
Are tumblers dishwasher safe?
Hand wash is recommended to preserve the finish and insulation. Cold water is your friend.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
How do returns work?
Email support@funandsassygifts.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund.
What about defects?
If something arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we'll replace it or refund you—no questions. Just email us with a photo.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges for size are available within 30 days. For other swaps, reach out to support@funandsassygifts.com and we'll see what we can do.
What if I change my mind after opening the product?
Case by case, but we're usually flexible. It's a gift—sometimes people know in the first 30 seconds. Email us and let's talk.
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Shopify's payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and encrypted.
Bulk Orders & Wholesale
Can I order in bulk for a group or event?
We don't have a formal bulk discount system yet, but if you're ordering 10+ items, email support@funandsassygifts.com and let's talk. We might be able to work something out.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! We're building a formal wholesale program. If you're interested in carrying F&S products, check out our wholesale interest form and we'll be in touch.
Intellectual Property & Trademarks
Can I use these designs for my own products?
No. Our designs are protected and for F&S products only.
What if I see a design that references my favorite team/brand?
We carefully design around trademark and copyright. If you think we've missed something, email us immediately with details. We take IP seriously.
Issues & Support
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Email support@funandsassygifts.com with your order number and tracking info. We'll trace it and figure out what happened.
How long does customer service take to respond?
We aim for 24–48 hours. We're small but mighty, and we read every email.
Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, yes—usually within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@funandsassygifts.com ASAP with your order number.
What's your refund timeline?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. You'll see it back in your account within that window.
