If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right ~ just reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we can't accept returns on those unless there's an error on our end. Standard non-personalized items are eligible for exchange within 30 days.
